K2 pride ourselves on our vast range of experience and knowledge within our staff. Our Midlands based Operations Centre is the core of our business, providing the support and logistics to all of our customers and staff.
We operate a 24 hour Control Centre where our fully licensed and trained staff provide round the clock support to our staff and our customers. Alongside our Control Team we have a fleet of mobile supervisors working as our mobile response unit. We provide 24 hour support to our customers and staff and also for alarm response calls ensuring that no matter what time of day or night or which day of the year, all of your security requirements will be covered.
K2 have a structured experienced management team who provide operational logistics to all of our customers, and also staff management, on site training and support. Working from our Operations Centre, we have excellent customer relations and a structured in house training programe for the ongoing development of our staff. This ensures that the highest quality of staff are provided and regular contact with all of our customers giving you the confidence that the highest quality of staff is selected for your site. All managers are on call 24 hours a day providing full support to both staff and clients.
At our Operations Centre we have full support from our administration department. This department consists of :

- Screening and vetting
With this support, K2 ensure that all staff are screened and have a minimum 5 year checkable history. This means the highest quality of staff are hand selected by ourselves. Backed up by our in house training and competence scheme, all of our guards are given the best skills available to provide a first class service to our clients.
Also a major part of our business is Event work. We have a specialised and experienced events team of both fully licensed guards and stewards which we have hand picked and developed over time especially for events and festivals. We have uniquely devised this part of our business so that during event season we have a dedicated team separate to our regular guards which enables us to plan and supply efficiently during these busy times. Our team specialise in events from music festivals to carnivals family events and football matches. No matter what the requirement, K2 have the perfect solution for your needs.
K2 also have a highly trained and specialised Door Supervisor unit. These individually trained guards have received unique training on restraint techniques, people management and health and safety ect. Many of our guards also train with our sister company www.blackcountrycombat.co.uk.
